You have no doubt been aware for sometime of the peniche and “seine side” opening of the Rosa Bonheur establishment. We wanted to mention this as our first back-to-work post; as a “memo” if you prefer, to highlight one of the multiple ways one can extend that holiday vibe in Paris under the September sun. There’s plenty of time later on to adjust your radar to the maelstrom of Parisian indoor night life with the winter-y months to come…Why not plan to linger a little on the banks of the Seine with the obligatory bottle of Rosé and Tapas near the water while you still can. September is one of the nicest months despite or actually because of the post holidays high. Beaming smiles, cheery dispositions and friends reunite after a 2 month break. We especially like Rosa Bonheur by the water because of its unpretentious and lively atmosphere and the fact that we can actually enjoy ourselves with the kids here. Despite it’s central location, the team have managed to keep up a pseudo-provincial ambiance with it’s all round up-beat authenticity. No more waiting for “en attendant Rosa ».
